The Suncake Shop takes every precaution to ensure all of our individually-wrapped baked goods meet our highest standards – and yours, too!

Refund and Return Policy

We are careful to ensure every order reaches its destination in perfect condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will refund your money or send a replacement free of charge, whichever you prefer.

To uphold our food safety standards, we DO NOT accept any returns, so feel free to keep your original order. Our return and refund policy is meant to protect our customers as well as brand credibility through ensuring absolute customer satisfaction on every gift!

Substitutions

Because of the limited and sometimes seasonal nature of many of our products, we reserve the right to make substitutions for items of equal or greater value, as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your order.

Changes or Order Cancellation

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us right away. The shipment of your order may be delayed with any change requests.
